Don’t believe the order ships within 48 hours. I placed an order on the 7th called just shipped on the 11th. Also my email says will receive order in 1-2 wks. They tell me 3-4 wks arrival.

Hi, Brenda: we do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours (or two business days). If you placed your order on the 7th (Thursday) then the 2nd business day would be Monday, the 11th.
We ship via FedEx Smart Post. The delivery times we post are the best estimates given to us by FedEx. Once the package leaves our facility in California, the delivery times are up to the carrier.
