I never thought we would see the day in this country when we would be facing the trials and tribulations so many people are facing right now! Home isolation, social distancing, people out of work, the horrible loss of life……so much tragedy for so many. But in my heart of hearts, I do believe this is the strongest, greatest country in the world and we WILL get through this and we will do TOGETHER!

While we are home and trying to keep ourselves as healthy as possible, remember the basics! Drink lots of water! Get your exercise in. Take a walk, workout in your back yard or living room. Have friends join you on our various technologies so you can still workout “together”. Stay in touch with family and friends. While isolating, people can very easily become depressed. Reach out. Talk to each other. Help each other. That’s why we are here!
