Happy New Year

By Linda Denninger

We did it!  We made it through this crazy year of 2020!  We know it’s been a struggle for everyone, with some having it much worse than others.  Our thoughts and best wishes go out to all who have pushed through, overcome obstacles and made it through.  May 2021 bring you good health, peace, love and much happiness.

2021 brought struggles for businesses, as well as individuals.  We take great pride in offering our customers Unique Items At Affordable Prices and providing excellent service throughout the year.  Covid-19 brought many obstacles for us to overcome.  Fewer truck drivers on the roads, health concerns for our employees and staff slowed some fulfillment, shipping companies were overwhelmed and unable to deliver in the expedient manner we are used to offering.  We have literally had trailers full of orders ready to go, and the delivery services were unable to take them all in a day.  We hope that you received your orders on time and were happy with your purchases.  If you experienced any delays, or dissatisfaction, please know we are very sorry and would like to make it up to you.

From now until January 30, please use code HAPPY2021 to take $10 off any merchandise purchase of $50 or more.  Simply place your items in your shopping cart, include the above code at checkout, and the $10 savings will be applied.

We hope this small gesture shows you how important you, and your satisfaction, are to us!  We’ve come through one of the worst years of all time, now let’s focus on 2021 being the BEST year of our lives!

May there be light in your life and love in your heart all year long!

Happy New Year from your Dream Products Family!

4th of july, Native Remedies, summer

By Linda Denninger

We are half-way through 2020 and what an unusual year it has been, to say the least!  We, at Dream Products, are hoping you and your families are safe and well.   We are also hoping that this holiday weekend can be a time to bring a little “normalcy” back to our lives and, while taking all recommended precautions, we are all able to see some family and friends!

Are you ready to grill?  Check out DreamProducts.com for everything you need to serve up your best dishes!

So much of our days are filled with concerns and talk about everything happening in our world, so let’s take a couple minutes to do two things.

  1. Be Grateful.  Be grateful for all the good that you have in your life.  Be grateful for all the people you love and who love you.  Be grateful for your health, your job, your home, your car, so many things we take for granted, but many others in this world would love to have.
  2. Laugh!  They say laughter is the best medicine and I couldn’t agree more.  They’ve shown that when you are sad, if you force yourself to laugh, it releases “happy” endorphins into your body, and you do feel better physically.  So, here are a couple corny jokes to help bring that pain down:
    • What do you call a lazy kangaroo?  A Pouch Potato!
    • How do you fix a broken tomato?  With Tomato Paste!
    • What kind of dog doesn’t bark?  A Hush Puppy!
    • Where do insect’s shop?  A Flea Market!
    • What do dentists call their x-rays?  Tooth-Pics!

Sometimes we just need a little silly in our day!  Hope this helped to bring a smile to yours.

If, unfortunately, you still are not feeling great, please check out the Native Remedies line we are very pleased to be offering.  Homeopathic help for many of life’s medical issues.

Enjoy the summer.  Appreciate all the good in your life and above all, please stay safe!

Fun Facts About February!

February, Groundhog Day, Presidents Day, St. Valentines Day, World Cancer Day

by Linda Denninger

So here we are!  We’ve already completed a month of 2019!  In many places it’s still SUPER cold out and weather can be such an unfriendly creature!  To all of you in the cold areas, stay safe and warm, and rest assured, Spring will be along shortly!  At DreamProducts.com we are looking forward to the beauty of the new season!

February is the shortest month of the year, with only 28 days, and offers several well-known, and some lesser known holidays, to celebrate.   Here is a list of a few of those dates.

Feb. 2: Groundhog’s Day!   A popular tradition celebrated in the United States and Canada. It derives from the Pennsylvania Dutch superstition that if a groundhog emerging from its burrow on this day sees a shadow due to clear weather, it will retreat to its den and winter will persist for six more weeks, and if it does not see its shadow because of cloudiness, spring will arrive early. It’s a fun tradition but studies have found no correlation between the groundhog seeing its shadow and the subsequent arrival of spring-like weather.  Superstition or not, we are HOPING he sees that shadow!

Feb. 3: National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about women and heart disease.  Although heart disease may often be thought of as a problem for men, heart disease is the most common cause of death for both women and men in the United States. One challenge is that some heart disease symptoms in women may be different from those in men.

These six heart attack symptoms are common in women:

  • Chest pain or discomfort. Chest pain is the most common heart attack symptom, but some women may experience it differently than men. …
  • Pain in your arm(s), back, neck, or jaw. …
  • Stomach pain
  • Shortness of breath, nausea, or lightheadedness
  • Sweating
  • Fatigue

Feb 4:  World Cancer Day – Founded by the Union For International Cancer Control (UICC) to support goals of the World Cancer Declaration written in 2008.

Feb 14:  Valentine’s Day.  The holiday has origins in the Roman festival of Lupercalia, held in mid-February. … At the end of the 5th century, Pope Gelasius I replaced Lupercalia with St. Valentine’s Day. It came to be celebrated as a day of romance from about the 14th century. A perfect day to give an extra hug to ALL the people you love!

Feb. 18:  President’s Day is celebrated the third Monday in Feb, which this year is Feb. 18!

If you are born in February, your birthstone is an Amethyst (I have TWO children with Feb. birthdays).  Your flower is the Primrose and Zodiac signs are either Aquarius or Pisces.

Take some time this month to prepare for the upcoming Spring season by shopping DreamProducts.com for things to help you organize your home and life style and for all types of Unique Items At Affordable Prices!  Have a great month!

Happy New Year

By Linda Denninger

Can you believe it!  2019 already!  The beginning of a new year is a wonderful time to reflect on the prior year, figure out what we did well, and what we’d like to change for the upcoming year!

One common resolution people make is to take better care of their finances in the New Year.  One way to work on that is by shopping at DreamProducts.com where you can get Free Gifts, Free Shipping and find Unique Items At Affordable Prices every day of the year.

Another common resolution is getting organized.  Check out our Shoes Away Organizer! Simply hang it over any standard door and you can store 30 pair of shoes in the see through pockets that provide easy viewing and access!  There are many products on our site that will help you organize your life and your home!

Shoes Away Organizer

And who doesn’t want the New Year to bring us better health and a slimmer body!  In that regard, check out our Fat Freezer .  This non-invasive system helps to sculpt your body by destroying and dissolving unwanted fat cells.

Fat Freezer

We all know that walking is one of the best exercises out there, but many conditions don’t allow us to take those daily walks.  So how about trying our Swing Master!  Developed by scientists, this comfortable, easy to use system puts no stress on joints or muscles, yet a 15 minute session is equivalent to a 90 minute brisk walk!  It also helps to relieve back issues and body tension while boosting circulation and metabolism.

Swing Master

So as you start this brand New Year, think not only of the good you can do to help yourselves, but also let’s all put some effort in to helping others in our world.  My favorite saying is from Gandhi, “Be The Change You Wish To See In The World!”

On behalf of all of us here at Dream Products, we wish you the Happiest of New Years!

Every year it seems I say the same thing – “Where did this year go???”  Have you noticed that time didn’t seem to go by so quickly when we were children?  Now it flies by!

Just another good reason to make the most of every month, every week, every day….every moment!

If you are rushing to complete your holiday shopping, let DreamProducts.com help you!  With so many Unique Items At Affordable Prices, we can be your “one stop shop”!  Here are some examples to get you started!

For the older people in your family, how about the gift of warmth and comfort!  This Portable Fireplace would be perfect!

Want something to ease aches and pains?  How about the Thermapulse Relief Wrap.

Or give the gift of security!  Who wouldn’t like to receive the As Seen On TV Cop Cam.

Shopping for a younger group?  Try the Gravity Defying Hoverball.

Or delight the kids with our adorable Talking Teaching Teddy Bear

We are here to help you with gifts for everyone on your list – and don’t forget to reward yourself as well!

Most importantly, however, during this holiday season remember to reach out to those less fortunate.  Mend a relationship that is strained.  Be sure to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you.  Take time to take care of yourself.  As I said at the start of this – life is going by quickly.  Enjoy it!

Happy Holidays to all of you and may you close 2018 with peace and serenity, and begin 2019 with excitement and joy!

Holiday Tips

Here are a few tips to help you enjoy your holidays while still taking care of yourself:

  1. Focus on fun – not food! Spend time with people you enjoy.  If you are going to a party, offer to bring a healthy dish.  Have that sweet treat, but then cut back on carbs somewhere else. Eat some veggies first so you aren’t tempted to over indulge in the more fattening offerings.
  1. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Holidays are busy and we are juggling many things at one time, but our body needs rest.
  1. A lot of people experience depression over the holidays. To help with that, make sure you reach out to others and acknowledge how you feel.  Volunteering your time to help others is a great way to help combat your personal depression and bring joy to someone else at the same time. If you need to, seek professional help.
  1. Stick to a budget. Know your limits and stay within them.
  1. Plan ahead. This will help cut back on the feeling of being overwhelmed with too much to do.  Write down what you need to accomplish and plan it out so you aren’t overdoing on any one day.
  1. Take a little time just for you. Spending 15 minutes a day doing something simple like listening to music, reading a book, or taking a walk can help relieve stress and rejuvenate you!
  1. Set aside family disagreements and take this time to bond once again with people important in your life. Someday they may no longer be able to spend the holidays with you.
  1. Be realistic. Not everything has to be perfect to be enjoyable.  Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.  Keep reminding yourself you are supposed to be enjoying this time!
  1. Don’t let the healthy habits you’ve developed through the year go by the wayside just because it’s the holidays. Use the 80/20 rule – 80% of the time, eat healthy so you can enjoy an occasional indulgence.  Make sure you are taking any prescribed medicine and resting as you need to.  Keep up your routine.  The holidays should not be excuse to stop exercising.
  1. Do a kind deed for someone else. Whether it is someone you know or a complete stranger, try to develop the habit of doing one kind deed every day, or even once a week.  Small things count – holding the door for someone who is struggling with packages, helping an older person safely cross the street, volunteering an hour to sit with a nursing home patient who doesn’t receive visitors.  There are so many ways to bring a smile to another person.  This will bring out the TRUE meaning of the holidays for both of you when you do.

Enjoy your November everyone!

Our Dream Products Family wishes you a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!

4th of july

By Linda Denninger

We’ve found some interesting facts about the 4th of July as well as the month itself, we thought we would share with you!

1.  Congress made Independence Day an official unpaid holiday for federal employees in 1870. In 1938, Congress changed Independence Day to a paid federal holiday.

2.  Only John Hancock actually signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. All the others signed later.

3.  The first Independence Day celebration took place in Philadelphia on July 8, 1776. This was also the day that the Declaration of Independence was first read in public after people were summoned by the ringing of the Liberty Bell. Today they tap the bell 13 times to honor the first 13 colonies.

4.  President John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and James Monroe all died on the Fourth. Adams and Jefferson (both signed the Declaration) died on the same day within hours of each other in 1826.

5.  In 1776, there were 2.5 million people living in the new nation. Today the population of the U.S.A. is approximately 326,766,748!  We’ve grown a bit!

6.  Fireworks are part of the tradition of celebrating this national holiday. But PLEASE remember our furry friends on this date! So many animals are frightened and run away on this holiday.  The loud noises frighten all animals, not just the domesticated pets.  Please think about them when planning your celebrations.

7.  Ruby is the birthstone for July.

8.  MY birthday is in July!!!

9.  BBQ’s are big for celebrations. Over 150 MILLION hot dogs and over 700 MILLION pounds of chicken are consumed in the U.S. on the 4th.

10.  DreamProducts.com has so many items to help you with your 4th of July BBQ, staying cool during this hot month, and all sorts of UNIQUE ITEMS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES!

We hope the first half of this year has been great for you and that the second half is even better!  Enjoy!

happy holidays

By Linda Denninger

Seems I was just getting used to writing 2017 on things!

Holidays can bring on a lot of stress for people with all the planning, shopping, cooking and get-togethers.  But it is important to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the season as well.

No matter which holiday you celebrate, or even if you don’t celebrate them at all, this is still a wonderful month to spend with family and friends reliving your accomplishments of the ending year, and reviewing your goals for the year to come.

It’s important to take good care of yourself during these stressful times as well.  Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep, drinking lots of water and TRY to eat as healthy as possible.   Everyone indulges this time of year so just plan for it.  Going to a party on Saturday where you know the food will be plentiful?  Try to eat extra healthy for a few days BEFORE the party.   Going to have a busy week next week?  Try to set aside a few moments each day to relax and calm yourself.

Holidays are supposed to be FUN!  Don’t let stress and worry ruin that for you.  None of us are perfect – you don’t have to be either!  We place a tremendous amount of stress on ourselves to make everyone else happy.  Sometimes it’s important to look in the mirror and recognize THAT is the person you must make happy first!

At www.DreamProducts.com  you will find an array of items that are perfect for gift giving, and also items that will help YOU relax and enjoy your holiday season a little more.  A great example is our Foot Vibe Pro:

Foot Vibe Pro

Nothing feels better than a nice foot massage after a day of shopping or cooking!  And what a wonderful gift to give to someone else!

So as we close another year and start the exciting venture into the next one, take some time to really think about the good things in your life.  The people you love, the joys you have experienced, the simple pleasure of inhaling that crisp December air!  Life – like the holidays – is meant to be enjoyed
